We Have different delivery estimates for different items, All foods and drinks are same day delivery worldwide, other items that are Same Day or Next Day delivery can be found when you search “Same Day”. Express Delivery is 1-4days, while Standard Delivery is 2-10days.
We accept only naira payments for now, you can pay with your naira debit card, USSD or Bank Transfer.
No! The receiver doesn’t get to know where the item was bought or any of your own details. We keep you and your details anonymous at all times.
No, it is not compulsory to include the receiver’s phone number but it helps with delivery and avoid shipping delays and customs clearance delays, for a hassle free delivery, we advise you always provide the receiver’s phone number.
“On Hold” means we have received and processed your order and we’re waiting to be shipped.
Shipping usually takes 1-3days after your order has been processed. You’ll get an email as soon as your order ships, the email will also contain the tracking details. You can also login at anytime to track your order until it delivers.
Your own WhatsApp number is needed so we can contact you incase there’s an issue with your order.
We will give you 100% refund if your order doesn’t deliver.
No! We do not give commissions for referring someone to the website, however, you can earn money by reselling items on the website. All you have to do is add your profits to the prices on the website and sell to your own customers. We also have a reseller’s coupon code to reduce the prices on the website which makes you earn more. Please send us a DM by clicking on the WhatsApp icon to get the coupon code.
The “Upload File” button is for customized items, like Frame, customized mugs, customized shirts, etc. if your order is not customized, please ignore.
Only items that have “with free short note” written on them can go with free short. For Same Day delivery items, the Free Short Note is 50/50, cause sometimes the delivery person doesn’t have paper or pen to help us with the note, but it is always included in the order.
We can send anything to any country of your choice, if what you need is not on the website, feel free to send us a DM on WhatsApp by clicking on the WhatsApp icon and let us know what you want, if possible, send us a picture of it.
